Our 2014 D&D Sketchbook keeps rolling! Next up are the action-packed images of Liam Matthew Byrne, better known by his cartoonist moniker GhostPockets! Recently imported from the other side of the Atlantic (or as he lovingly describes it, “the septic isle”), Liam now calls frosty Montreal home.

In his own words, Liam is “a tea-powered genie arse and cartoonist…What you really wanted to know was the origin behind my twisted moniker, though. I have these trousers you see, an ancient pair of pantaloons, and they are literally infested with spooks! A pair of mischievous Poltergeese named Irk and Vex who are forever getting me into trouble… Making my cash disappear when I go to the bar (embarassing me and leaving me thirsty), knocking over irreplaceable vases at national museums and sending my house keys into another dimension are just a few of the nasty tricks they have played on me. You learn to live with it after a while though.”
